TRE is a mindful body practice which dynamically releases stress, tension and trauma stored in our bodies from both recent and more historic significant life experiences.
By using a set of simple exercises we can trigger therapeutic tremors in the body, ‘recalibrating’ our central nervous system and interrupting old habits of fight-or-flight or freeze. TRE restores a sense of calm, re-balances vital body systems and builds resilience physically and psychologically.
